Fast, Reliable, and Domestic Shipping from AlphaWolf Supply Co. We're dedicated to providing clear and simple information about how your orders are handled and delivered.

Delivery Estimates

  • Handling Time: 2–5 business days. This is the period required to test, configure, pack, and prepare your order before handing it over to the courier.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship anywhere within the Philippines. Our primary courier partner is SPX Express Philippines, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days depending on your region.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier operations and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated based on the package dimensions, weight, and delivery destination. Final shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Stay updated on your shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or message confirmation containing your order receipt, tracking number, and tracking link. You can use this information to monitor your parcel's progress directly on the SPX Express tracking platform.

Packaging for Safety We take great care in preparing your hardware. Every device is securely bubble wrapped and boxed to ensure it arrives in perfect working condition.

  • Domestic Only: We currently only ship within the Philippines. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
